Since then, Rachel continues to guide businesses through all stages of their journey from formation through closing. She has extensive experience determining and establishing the appropriate form of business entity, drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing employment and contractor agreements, and positioning businesses for sale, merger, or acquisition.
Rachel’s estate planning practice includes probate and estate administration, trust administration, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Rachel is a member in good standing of the Florida and New York bars. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as an accountant for Time Warner and a large advertising agency in Manhattan. Rachel’s financial acumen and professional experience as an accountant give her a unique tax and managerial perspective to her litigation and transactional matters.
