Rachel Dreher has over 17 years of experience practicing commercial litigation, real estate and business law, and estate planning.
She has successfully litigated a wide array of commercial, civil, real estate, and construction issues, including evictions, ejectments, foreclosures, quiet title, collections for small and large commercial clients, as well as partnership and contract disputes.
Rachel’s legal career began by assisting small businesses with corporate reorganization and reconstruction during the 2007 economic recession. Rachel is proud that all of the businesses she advised are either healthy and operational today or sold for a profit.
Since then, Rachel continues to guide businesses through all stages of their journey from formation through closing. She has extensive experience determining and establishing the appropriate form of business entity, drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing employment and contractor agreements, and positioning businesses for sale, merger, or acquisition.
Rachel’s estate planning practice includes probate and estate administration, trust administration, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Rachel is a member in good standing of the Florida and New York bars. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as an accountant for Time Warner and a large advertising agency in Manhattan. Rachel’s financial acumen and professional experience as an accountant give her a unique tax and managerial perspective to her litigation and transactional matters.
