Todd Bair has more than 20 years of experience representing companies and their leadership in commercial/corporate transactions, technology, corporate finance and restructuring, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.
He brings both legal and business insight to his work, shaped by experience at large Atlanta law firms, a boutique firm, and in-house as general counsel and head of operations for an early-stage software company. That background helps him quickly understand a client’s business, offer practical guidance, and focus on solutions that make sense from both a legal and business standpoint.
Todd received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from Emory University. After law school, he clerked for Judge H. Clyde Pearson, former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia.
