Mr. Wayne has been practicing as an attorney providing litigation services in Atlanta since 1996.
He earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Oglethorpe University and also holds a Master of Business Administration, along with a master’s degree and specialist degree in Professional Counseling.
Mr. Wayne began practicing law and providing litigation services in Atlanta as a contract attorney for top criminal defense attorneys, working on federal criminal appeals. He then moved on to become a real estate closing attorney. While enjoying his work as a closing attorney, he missed the world of litigation. In 2001, he established a civil litigation practice and subsequently founded his own firm in 2005.
Most recently, Mr. Wayne joined Thrift McLemore to assist with real estate litigation matters.
