Matthew Collins has spent nearly 30 years guiding individuals, small businesses, and real estate investors through legal challenges.
He advises business clients on creating, enforcing, and defending contracts with vendors, customers, and other third parties. He also has experience handling delinquent collections, complex vendor disputes, and various business contract conflicts.
In his real estate practice, he helps clients address a broad range of issues, including contract disputes, easement and lease negotiations, and claims involving sellers who failed to disclose property defects.
He also works with real estate developers and contractors on contract negotiation, drafting, enforcement, and defense, including leases, management agreements, renovation and remodeling contracts, easements, and other agreements related to real estate transactions.
Mr. Collins earned a business degree from the University of Georgia and graduated with honors from Atlanta Law School.
