With three decades of experience, Attorney Cathy Nash specializes in partnership and business disputes, construction, and real estate litigation. Her extensive experience in construction and real estate equips her with a unique advantage in handling disputes, big and small, from “dream” homes to the development of multi-location franchises. She has also achieved big wins in claims for fraud and misrepresentation in real estate and business transactions.
She served as outside general counsel for Winter Construction, Master Builders, and L.M. Scofield Company.
Cathy graduated with honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and from Cardozo Law School in NY, NY, in 1988. Upon graduation, she moved to Atlanta with her young family to take advantage of the city’s tremendous growth opportunities.
Cathy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Construction Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Litigation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.

- Representing Cobb County, Cathy successfully brought a claim against a national software company that failed to streamline government services as promised.
