Matthew Collins has spent almost thirty years helping individuals, small businesses, and real estate investors with various legal challenges.
Mr. Collins helps his business clients create, defend, and enforce contracts with vendors, customers, and other third parties. He also has experience assisting them with delinquent customer collections, complex vendor disputes, and business disputes involving contracts of every kind.
He helps his real estate clients with a wide range of legal issues, including obtaining relief from sellers who intentionally failed to disclose defects related to real estate, assisting with contract disputes, and negotiating easements, leases, and other contracts.
For real estate developers and contractors, Mr. Collins helps clients with contract negotiations as well as drafting, enforcing, and defending leases, management agreements, renovation and remodeling contracts, easement negotiations, and other contract development and enforcement related to real estate transactions.
Mr. Collins received a business degree from the University of Georgia. He graduated with honors from Atlanta Law School.
