Mark Buckland represents individuals, families, business owners, investors, and closely held companies in matters involving business law, real estate, estate planning, probate, taxation, commercial leasing, and civil disputes. A significant part of Mark’s practice involves real estate. He assists clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, title issues, quiet title matters, seller financing, commercial leases, landlord-tenant matters, easements, development issues, construction disputes, property owner association matters, and disputes involving the purchase, sale, ownership, or use of real property. His work often requires a combination of real estate, business, tax, and litigation experience, allowing him to approach matters from multiple angles.
Mark also represents clients in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and fiduciary matters. He helps individuals and families prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related planning documents. He also assists executors, trustees, heirs, and beneficiaries with the administration of estates and trusts, including matters involving real estate, business interests, creditor issues, beneficiary disputes, and asset distribution.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia College & State University and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law.
