Brett Jenkins

Attorney Brett Jenkin focuses his practice on real estate, agricultural law, trusts, and construction defects. He provides comprehensive legal services to his clients to help them navigate various disputes and challenges in these fields.

Before joining Thrift McLemore, Brett served as General Counsel at Ag-Pro, one of the country’s largest John Deere dealerships. While at Ag-Pro, he handled high-stakes legal matters and played a key role in the company’s growth. Earlier in his career, Brett served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Augusta Circuit and a Judicial Law Clerk in South Carolina.
