Angie Whiddon has invested more than 20 years helping individuals, families, investors, and business owners navigate complex real estate and estate planning matters with practical, strategic legal guidance. She advises clients on a wide range of issues, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, ownership and title disputes, leasing matters, contract disputes, probate matters, wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate planning.

In her real estate practice, Angie represents buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, property owners, and businesses in a variety of residential and commercial matters. In her estate planning practice, Angie works closely with individuals and families to create customized plans that reflect their values and objectives. She prepares wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related planning documents. She also assists families with probate and estate administration matters, helping them navigate difficult transitions with clarity and confidence.

Angie received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Law Section, Elder Law Section, and General Practice and Trial Law Section.
