We have been waiting for over two months for a response on a matter in which our company invested more than $2,000 of payments to the “lawyers”. There has been no follow-up, and phone calls are never answered. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Stephanie did an excellent job explaining different scenarios and how my wishes would be handled legally. Before working with them, I had used an online will and trust service, and it was very basic and ultimately did not meet my needs at all. Unless you have a very simple situation, I would not recommend going that route. A professionally prepared trust is far superior, and I believe the vast majority of people would benefit from working with an experienced attorney like Stephanie rather than wasting money on online services. Plus the cost was very reasonable.
