Faye Rosenberg has more than twenty years of experience representing companies and individuals in complex litigation, contracts, employment and labor matters, risk management, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and general corporate matters.
Ms. Rosenberg started her career as a litigator representing individuals, class actions, and state government. After several years in the “litigation trenches,” she became a director and compliance officer for the world’s third-largest grocery retailer at the time.
There, she was the legal advisor to the entire Executive Board and Board of Directors as well as the head of all litigation, contracts, compliance, risk management, employment, and labor matters covering a workforce of 35,000 employees, over 500 retail stores, warehouse distribution, and trucking. Ms. Rosenberg successfully led the acquisition transition team through a divesture, meeting all due diligence requirements for the legal department.
Ms. Rosenberg next became a Senior Director for Office Depot, where she covered 52,000 associates, over one thousand retail stores, a catalog business, e-commerce, a field sales force, customer service centers, a supply chain, and over 30 warehouse and distribution centers.
In addition to her legal experience, she has taught business law and international business law to graduate students in Switzerland. She has also assisted the state of Georgia as a Special Assistant Administrative Law Judge.
Ms. Rosenberg regularly presents legal topics and compliance to executives and employees. She also presents Continuing Legal Education courses for State Bars, the American Corporate Counsel Association, and private law firms.
